Diana Newman has a long history of working for women’s causes and juvenile and adult justice issues. She inaugurated the first development department at the Ohio History Connection and served as Vice President for Development for The Columbus Foundation.
She is the author of two fundraising books: Opening Doors: Pathways to Diverse Donors published by Wiley and Sons and Endowment Building published by Jossey Bass. Diana was Executive Vice President of Benefactor Group for ten years before her retirement in 2020.
She and her husband Dennis live in NW Columbus and have three children and five grandchildren
