Lina Lee is a passionate Human Resources professional and worked the past 23 years in Talent Acquisition and Employee Relations at The Limited Divisions, Alliance Data Systems and Nationwide Children’s Hospital. In 2008 founded Celondon Properties, a property management company operating a full cycle of residential rentals and renovation projects. In 2018, Lina became a partner at Rowe Creative Union, a retail design and branding company.
Lina is honored to be a board member of GCCHH. Through her personal and professional life, she witnessed the importance of higher education in young persons lives. Previously, she was a mentor for 8 years with Franklin County Children’s Services and served in many volunteer programs through Columbus City Schools, Catholic Schools, Westerville High Schools and Nationwide Children’s Hospital.
She is a mother of two children and has been married for 30 years. She loves traveling and inspires a healthy lifestyle by practicing yoga, biking, hiking, skiing, paddle boarding and culinary exploration.
