Matthew Glover serves as vice president, community development banking for PNC. Matthew manages PNC’s relationships with organizations that serve low- to moderate-income communities in central Ohio through partnerships, volunteerism, philanthropy, and community development programming. He is also active in PNC’s diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives and helps to cultivate employee engagement in the workforce and marketplace segments.
In 2020, Matthew was named to Diversity MBA’s 14th annual list of Top 100 under 50 Emerging Leaders for his impact in the community and diversity and inclusion. A native of central Ohio, Matthew holds an undergraduate degree from Eastern Kentucky University and an MBA from Ohio Dominican University.
Matthew enjoys serving non-profits as a Board Member and influences implementation of services, program budget and strategy for the communities we serve.
